A show stopping piece of French history. A Neoclassical cuff bracelet. Each plaque of 18k Rose Gold is overlaid with a neo classical frieze depicting Venus standing over Cupid who is holding a mirror for her. The frieze is in 18k yellow gold. This piece looks incredible when worn!

The horse's head hallmark and workmanship date the bracelet to between 1837 and 1847. The horses head denotes workmanship from outside Paris. This bracelet was made during the reign of Louis Philippe (last king and penultimate monarch of France).

A small part of the frieze is missing on one of the back plates (pictured). The rest of the design is not compromised.

The width of the bracelet at the widest part is 6 cm.The internal circumference is 18cm or 7 inches, and the weight is 39.4 grams.
